Are there setup fees or installation costs?
No, there are no setup fees for standard packages (Starter, Professional, Enterprise). Only add-ons like API integration or multi-language support have one-time setup fees, which are transparently disclosed.
Can we switch between packages?
Yes, you can upgrade at any time (e.g., from Starter to Professional). Downgrading is possible at the end of the contract term. We're happy to advise which package suits you best at any given time.
What happens after the 12-month term?
The contract automatically renews unless cancelled. You keep your terms and benefit from all platform updates. Upon renewal, you can also adjust the package.
